Meeting Cost Calculator ("the App") is developed by Layover Supply ("we", "us", "our"). We built this app with privacy as a core principle. The App runs entirely on your device with no server component, no user accounts, and no analytics.
None. The App does not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or device identifiers. We have no servers that receive data from the App.
The App stores the following information locally on your device to provide its core functionality:
Meeting records (names, attendees, hourly rates, durations, costs), your preferences and settings, and saved attendee presets. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share a Meeting Receipt using your device's built-in share functionality.
The App uses Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) for purchase processing. These platforms may collect their own data according to their respective privacy policies. We do not receive or store any payment information — purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google.
When you share a Meeting Receipt, the App generates an image on your device. Sharing is initiated only by you and handled through your device's native share sheet. We have no visibility into what you share or with whom.
The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. It is not directed at children.
Because the App collects no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or port. You are compliant by default. If you wish to remove all locally stored data, simply delete the App from your device.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted in the App's store listing.
