By downloading or using Meeting Cost Calculator ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Meeting Cost Calculator is a mobile application that calculates the real-time cost of meetings based on attendee hourly rates. The App is provided by Layover Supply ("we", "us", "our").
The App offers a free tier with limited functionality and a one-time paid upgrade that unlocks all features. The paid upgrade is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
Meeting cost calculations are estimates based on the hourly rates you provide. The App is intended as an informational tool and should not be used as the sole basis for financial, business, or employment decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations for any specific purpose.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Layover Supply. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. Meeting Receipts you generate are yours to share as you wish.
All data you enter (meeting names, attendee names, hourly rates) is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your content. You are responsible for the information you enter and share.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Layover Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to remove the App from sale, though this would not affect existing installations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
